We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Lead Generator & Data Specialist to spearhead the top-of-funnel growth for Kogi Environmental Solutions. Your mission is to identify, vet, and organize high-value prospects within the industrial sector in the Midwest and Southeast of the United States, and Western Canada (AB, BC, MN, SK).

You will be responsible forturning raw data into actionable sales opportunities by combining automated scraping tools with manual human verification.

• Targeted Scraping: Use company provided tools (e.g., Apollo.io or a similar database) to extract lists of decision-makers (Plant Managers, Maintenance Manager, Industrial Hygienist, Sustainability Directors, Facility Managers, Operations VPs). 
• Persona Mapping: Identify "trigger events" for prospects, such as new environmental regulations in their region or recent corporate sustainability reports. 
• CRM Management: Seamlessly upload "ready-to-pitch" leads into our CRM with accurate tagging and categorization. 

Required Skills & Tools 

• Resourcefulness: A "detective" mindset. If an email isn't available, you know how to find a lead via a press release, a permit filing, or a local business directory. 
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just "find emails"—you find the right people who have the budget and authority to hire Kogi. 

Performance Metrics (How you’ll be measured) 

1. Leads Generated: Scheduling at least 20 meetings for our sales team per week. These meetings are generated by positive responses to your sending up to 1,250 emails per week targeting our "Ideal Customer Profile." 
2. Data Accuracy: Accuracy of contact info (Email/Direct Dial) and fit (i.e., our “Ideal Customer Profile.”)

In addition, please include a 3-company sample lead list for each of the following states/provinces: Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, Alberta, and British Columbia.

These companies should be potential candidates for indoor air pollution control solutions or dust collector replacement filters, and the list must include the name of the appropriate contact person at each company.

Compensation 

We will pay $350 per week only when target of sending 1,250 emails per week is met. In addition, a bonus of $15 per meeting scheduled for our sales team, with a goal of scheduling at least 20 meetings per week.
