Z-Line 400 HW Series Filters

Upgrade your indoor air quality with Glasfloss Z-Series Air Cleaner Replacement Filters — the reliable alternative when it’s time to replace your original filter. The Z-Line 400 HW model is a compatible replacement option for Honeywell® F-100 cartridge filters.

These filters feature an extended-surface pleated design made from 100% synthetic media, engineered for superior dust-holding capacity and airflow. A galvanized expanded metal backing is laminated to the air-exit side using a thermo-setting adhesive, maintaining uniform pleat spacing and structural integrity while resisting rust and corrosion.

 

Each Z-Series filter includes moisture-resistant separators to protect pleat structure during operation, and the pleated media is securely bonded to a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame. The frame face is internally laminated to the pleat tips to ensure a tight, secure fit. 

 

Every Glasfloss Z-Series filter is individually wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve to prevent contamination prior to installation. Designed to withstand temperatures up to 180°F, these filters are UL 900 certified and available in MERV 10, MERV 11, and MERV 13 ratings as tested under the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 standard.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
