A commercial facility handling hazardous powders faced serious inhalation risks, but lacked the space to install traditional ducted dust collection systems. The client needed a compact, effective solution that wouldn’t disrupt day-to-day operations.

Kogi Environmental Solutions worked closely with the customer to deliver explosion-proof HEPA vacuums equipped with Endless Bag systems for safe and continuous powder removal. An extraction arm was also implemented for real-time capture during packaging.

The result: safer air, efficient dust control, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations — with high customer satisfaction across the board.
