What does it take to extract weld fumes without getting in the way of a robot?

That was exactly the challenge our team at Kogi Environmental Solutions faced in one of our latest projects, and the answer required precision engineering from the ground up.

We designed and installed a custom weld fume extraction system for a facility running robotic welding operations. The result: a modular, compact solution that captures fumes across a large work area, stays completely clear of the robots' work envelope, and integrates directly with the robot controls to operate on demand.

The system also includes a spark trap and fire suppression because clean air and safety always go hand in hand.
